Quality Housing Development Corporation (QHDC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to developing and strengthening quality affordable housing to enhance the lives of individuals while contributing to communities and neighborhoods.  QHDC currently operates over 1,400 multi-family and senior apartment units in California.
